The Ritorante Ardea Purpurea is located in the prestigious setting of Lake Frassino.

In the Oasi del Frassino, a vineyard with prized Johanniter, Bronner and Sauvignon kretos grapes has been cultivated using organic methods. From this vineyard comes L'Ontano, a white wine rich in fruity and floral aromas, with an intense, savoury and fresh flavour.
The name derives from the tree in the naturalistic oasis of Lake Ash that frames the vineyard.
This is the second production and after last year's success we have decided to include it in the wine lists of all our restaurants. We are waiting for you to try it!
