Ardea Purpurea

Ardea Purpurea is the main restaurant of Le Ali del Frassino Resort, located inside an enchanting nineteenth century Villa, and named after the red heron that lives in the Lake Frassino natural park, which is also the protagonist of many of the walls decorations. The big dining room, entirely suspended above the lake, offers refined menus where the best quality local products are at the the foundation of an elegant and refined cuisine and service that match the surrounding location. 

In addition to our seasonal proposals, the staff can also recommend the tasty gourmet pizzas, made with stone ground flour. Ardea Purpurea, like the other restaurants of the Ristoclassique group, is open both at lunch and at dinner and, with its wide spaces, it is the ideal place for groups and important occasions.
